All new clients are asked to complete an intake form.

Once we have received your intake form, we will contact you to schedule your first appointment. (Please allow 2-3 business days.)

After your first appointment, you will be able to request future appointments online.

We typically book out 4-6 weeks in advance for full grooming services and 2-3 weeks for bath services.

New clients may be added to our wait list, depending on appointment availability.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to keep at least two future appointments on our schedule at all times.

The Zen Team will be happy to make recommendations on a scheduling time frame based on your pet's coat condition, lifestyle & breed.
