In order to join our New Client wait-list, all new clients are asked to complete an intake form.

Once we have received your intake form, we will contact you to schedule your first appointment when we have space in our calendar. The average wait time for an appointment is 2-3 months.

All New clients will be added to our wait list. We will contact you when we are able to schedule your pet.

(This may take a few weeks/months as we consistently stay booked out 6 weeks in advance.)

After your first appointment, you will be able to request future appointments online.

We strongly encourage all of our clients to keep at least two future appointments on our schedule at all times.

The Zen Team will be happy to make recommendations on a scheduling time frame based on your pet's coat condition, lifestyle & breed.
