Our wait list is now open to new clients! Becoming a new client is as easy as 1, 2, 3!!
1. Register Online
All new clients are asked to register on the Client Portal.
Once we have your registration, we will reach out to you with more information and place you on our wait list.
Please make sure to upload a copy of your pet's vaccinations to the portal, as this will expedite the process for your pet's first appointment
2. Join the Wait List
We typically book out 4-6 weeks in advance for full grooming services and 2-3 weeks for bath services. For this reason, all new clients are added to our wait list. We will contact you when space becomes available in our schedule.
3. Rebook
We strongly encourage all of our clients to keep at least two future appointments on our schedule at all times.
The Zen Team will be happy to make recommendations on a scheduling time frame based on your pet's coat condition, lifestyle & breed.
